NEW ARMOUR JOINT VENTURE [ 17.12.2006 ]

2000007 Ontario Inc. d.b.a. INKAS and Paradigm Shift Technologies Inc. (PST) signed an agreement to form a joint venture to develop and manufacture novel light-weight armour materials as well as to engineer and manufacture new generation armoured vehicles which will be offered to both military and commercial customers. The agreement was signed in Toronto, Canada by Mr. David Khazanski, President of INKAS and Dr. Gennady Yumshtyk, CEO of PST. This entity will combine both, the manufacturing and distribution infrastructure business of INKAS and the engineering and development capability of PST (www.paradigmshift.com).
