Management Team
The company’s executive management team has overall corporate responsibilities as well as direct responsibilities with each of the INKAS^® Group companies. In addition, each of the INKAS^® Group companies has its own operational management, operations and sales and marketing teams.
All managers and sales representatives work together to ensure a seamless interaction for the client and to ensure that the Company penetrates each client with as many INKAS^® Group products and services as possible.

Margarita Simkin – President
Ms. Simkin, is a co-founder of the INKAS^® Group of Companies. Ms. Simkin served as the Managing Director of the U.K. subsidiary and was responsible for obtaining the Company’s full membership in the LINK Network, UK’s largest transaction processing network equivalent to Interac in Canada. She developed and managed the U.K. distribution network which covered a sales territory from coast to coast in the United Kingdom. She created and managed an “all in-house” service and technical personnel in providing installation, 1st and 2nd line maintenance and 7/24 service to the Company’s network of over 400 ABMs.
Ms. Simkin allocates 100% of her available time to the Company.

David Khazanski – C.E.O.
Mr. Khazanski, is a co-founder of the INKAS^® Group of Companies. His leadership has resulted in the Company developing a strong and respected brand name in Canada. Mr. Khazanski has been the President of the INKAS^® Group of Companies since 1996.
Mr. Khazanski allocates 100% of his available time to the Company.

David Tsyrlin – Controller
Mr. Tsyrlin, is the Controller of INKAS^® Group of Companies. Mr. Tsyrlin joined INKAS^® in December of 2004. He holds a PhD in both Finance and Economics. He comes with more than 20 years of managerial experieince out of which 10 years are strictly dedicated to the financial aspects of the business.

Paul Khakhan – Manager, IT and Business Development

Mr. Khakhan is in charge of IT and Business Development for INKAS^®. Paul has been with INKAS^® since 1997, and offers a wealth of experience in all aspects of INKAS^® Businesses, both local and international. Mr. Khakhan holds a BA in Information Technology and Education. Mr. Khakhan's current project is ISO Office, a management tool for ATM/ POS devices and transaction processing centers.  

Ilia Klytchkov – Head of Merchant Services Division

Gary Kleiman – General Manager, INKAS Security Services Ltd.                                                              Mr. Kleiman has joined INKAS^® Security Services Ltd. in July 2008. He has designed, launched and completed the comprehensive recovery plan for the Armed Courier Division; turning it into a solid Financial and Operational base for both functional and geographical growth and expansion. As a part of his commitment to business diversity, Mr. Kleiman has established the Physical Security Division within the company. This now enables INKAS^® Security to offer and provide Guard Services along with advanced site security solutions. Mr. Kleiman is an IDF veteran with Police Intelligence experience, as well as, private security background. He has served as a credited Diplomat and holds a B.A in Political Science and an M.A in International Relations.
